Reserving your spot in a course: To confirm attendance at a Radford Institute course a minimum deposit of is required four (4) working days before the course commencement date. The balance will be due on the day of the course commencement for all participants.
Note : For most courses a minimum of 12 participants are required to proceed. Please check with the trainer for further details.
Our Cancellation Policy: Cancellations will be received up to 48 hours before the commencement of a course thereafter the minimum deposit amount ($50.00 AUD) will be forfeited to cover the fixed costs and ensure the course can proceed for the other participants.
Your Refund Rights: If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of the course or the instructor, then Radford Australia will refund the course fees entirely. All we ask is the request is made in writing for the benefit of the accountants.
Your Feedback: Each course and instructor is evaluated for performance improvement opportunities and your feedback is vital. Please feel free to offer feedback at any point throughout the course either to the trainer directly or via email at feedback@radfordinstitute.com.au
